If a ticket has been created, it is important to write in this ticket with further requests. Otherwise, there will be a new ticket with a new number in which the old question will be inserted and this will go to the end of the waiting list with the new ticket number. In this way, all contributions can be clearly overlooked immediately in the last ticket.
