unwanted renewal
Terminée2021-09-14 i was charged for avira prime product. last year was the same. after i bought avira i unclicked autorenewal. how it went ON again i can just guess. 2021-09-14 i asked for refund, because i'm not using avira for a long time. i made a ticket. was waiting and today checked, maybe there will be answer or something. and i saw, that all my request was deleted. now who can help me? i want laugh out loud. i didn't knew that such company like avira, can to such things. i want my cash back and i want answers:why my account was tuned to autorenewal again, why my request without answers were deleted?

You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account and have been in contact with the support team since 14/9/21.Why should the requests be deleted?
