Prime VPN issue with Android Tablet

happy Avira user for a decade+ and Prime since 2019. No Prime issues on my Win10 Laptop.
Massive Prime VPN issue on my Samsung S6 Lite, lastest version and security patch from 1July 2021. Android 11 and Knox 3.7
VPN issue: I am not able to select the VPN location, screen pops up but no location is visible or selectable.
Reinstalled Prime multiple times without success.

We have seen that you have also contacted the support team and have already created a ticket there. The support team can for Premium customers initiate technical checks of your installation, which we do not have access to here in the community.

I have been an Avira Prime subscriber for a little over 1 year with no issues on any installed devices. However, I recently bought two new Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ tablets [One UI Version 5.1.1, Android Version 13} on which I installed my subscription. I am encountering the same issue as the original poster had 3 years ago. The VPN turns on and off but when turned on the list of available servers is BLANK. Has there been any changes changes or fixes for this issue? THANKS!
