Continuous credit card charge without my consent when VPN is not used by me. I want the VPN deleted
RéponduI am charged without any warning of a renewal on the VPN. I never use the VPN and my credit card is used without any previous notice of a pending renewal.
An email account is used different from the one that I have registered my personal information with. I tried to access that other account through your site but it is impossible.
I would like you to cancel the VPN renewal and for you to refund my erroneously charged credit card. I am unable to find where this VPN is coming from as there is no subscription to it. Yet I get charged.

If your credit card is continuously charged for VPN, you have not deactivated the automatic contract extension. The subscription will continue - even if you do not use it. The automatic licence renewal can only be set by the owner of the licence, so it must be deactivated by you, unfortunately we have no authorization and no access to your settings:
