duplicate purchase of Avira cover
TerminéeWe have a 5 user Avira account for £85.99 per yr. This is all we require.
Without realising this fact I purchased a single user cover for £38.99 per annum and this was automatically renewed this year.
I need the single user account cancelled but cannot get any response from Avira. Phone line is always too busy even after 30 minute wait? Online help should have a live chat line!
How can I proceed?
