    Hello Karen,

    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used when ordering. There are  email addresses stored in your Avira customer account.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

    When you log in to this license with the email address you have chosen yourself and the corresponding chosen password, the Avira customer account is opened for you with your access data, the license is displayed and can be cancelled from there.

    Premium customers with a valid license, i.e. correctly logged in with the access data of the license, can contact the support directly:

    Please have a look at the following information, maybe you will find your solution there: "I want my money back now", here you will find the instructions for a refund
    Unfortunately, we can't do a refund, we don't have the authority to do that, only the owner of the licence can do that.
