I purchased Avira on 28/10/21 & when I tried to install I realized that Avira doesnt support Windows 7 & I couldnt install the product. Requested for the refund on the same day itself.

I havent yet received the refund. Followed the steps mentioned in the link to  request for a refundhttps://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000744025-Request-a-refund-for-your-Avira-order 

Please refund the amount.
