    I have made a 1yr subscription, but by a mistake i have typed gmail.com.br instead gmail.com. In consequence i did not received email with password and so I can´t log in to change e-mail or even send an e-mail or phone them ( as it is only for subscribiers).

    Does anyone have a solutions how contact them and/or solve the problem?

    Hello Marcelo,

    Have you already tried to log in to the Avira customer account again (with the incorrect email address) and a password of your choice and verify this email address? This way, you can see if the email address was accepted. In addition, when the account is debited, you will see whether the email address has been accepted.
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under it.

    Afterwards, you can have your accounts changed or merged via the support

    Please cancel my Prime subscription which I took out yesterday. My emails stopped working instantly.

     

    There is no support available, not impressed.

    If the support is not displayed in your customer account, then the access data is not correct.
    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used when purchasing the Prime version, using a password of your choice.

    you will see your activated license. Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
