FAILURE INSTALLATION

I have problem. I have successfully to download the Avira.exe file but failing to install. Whenever, I click to run, it tells me to wait for 4-5 minutes, later it stops with information that I need to be connected to internet even if I am fully connected with adequate Data. What should I do to complete the installation?

Unfortunately, you have described too little for us to be able to assess your problem.
- Which OS is installed on your system? (Exact version with number and current updates)
- Which Avira version do you want to install? (Free or Paid, exact description)
- Did you buy the license in the Avira Online Shop or in a store?
Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Your license will be available after correct registration in your customer account under
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plansand the installation can be started by clicking on INSTALL.
