Tried to stop auto renewal of subscription, but says I have no active subscription?
TerminéeMy auto renewal happened 26/10/2021, Ive had computer problems, I want to stop my auto renewal, but it says I have no active subscription, but I do, as my subscription was renewed on 26/10/2021..!!!

Since you purchased a license that was paid for on 26/10/2021, it will be activated under the email address you used to purchase the license and will be displayed with this data in your customer account.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
Did you enter the data of the paid subscription (the email address and the password you chose for this subscription) when you registered? If this paid subscription is not displayed in the customer account, then your access data are not correct. Check them for the active subscription.Please have a look at the information, maybe you will find your solution there:
