    Please check your email addresses. You have  2  email addresses in your Avira account, one is not verified yet. Please log in with the email address you used to order the license, then your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions.
    A quick refund can only be requested by the owner of the license itself, we have no authorization to do so.
