    Hello SueAnn,

    You ordered and purchased the subscription, probably you did not cancel it and did not deactivate the automatic contract renewal.
    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
    You have already contacted the support.
    Even if you do not use the program (this is not a cancellation), the subscription will continue without cancellation. 

    We in the community do not have access to your customer account. Only you as the owner of the license can cancel it. Please have a look at the information, there you will find a solution to cancel your license:
