The function "Cancel Subscription renewal" does not appear

On March 10 I tried to disable the auto-renewal of my subscription of Avira, but the function "Cancel Subscription renewal" did not appear, and therefore I could not disable the auto-renewal. Then, on March 12, I was charged for the subscription... Could you please make a refund? I don't want this subscription because I'm not using Avira anymore. Below you find the evidence for what I have described (the function "Cancel Subscription renewal" does not appear):

It is important to log in with the email address that was used to purchase the license, especially if you have multiple email addresses in your Avira account, and it is also important that they are verified. Check your email addresses.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
This subscription is displayed in your Avira customer account at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plansIf it is not displayed there, your access data is not correct.
If you are logged in with the correct email address, your license will be displayed and the automatic contract renewal can be set there as desired.
If there is no choice of automatic contract renewal offered, then this is not the e-mail address with the stored license. Then the setting for the choice is not defective, then your used e-mail address is not correct.
