My comment:
You suggest that I should talk to the support team through my costumer account, but the problem is that I don't have access to this account, and consequently it becomes impossible to cancel my subscription. Then, what should I do? It was extremely difficult to find a way to communicate with someone on the Avira web page. You expose a lot of general information, but no email address for costumers who need to solve problems. You should indicate an email address on the first page, clearly visible and accesible. Furthermore, it should be possible to cancel a subscription by email as an alternative to the costumer account. Otherwise, as I have already explained, it can become impossible to cancel a subscription.
