avira cancelling form does not work

-you tell me I have no subscription (just charged me $99 -catch 22.....
when I occationally get the form it disappears in 2 secs...?

pls get in touch with me, bcs YOU tell me that I am not allowed bcs I DO NOT HAVE THE SUBSCRIPTION YOU JUST CHARGED ME????

For your safety, we have removed the personal data of your license in this public forum.
Please check your licenses that you have stored in your Avira customer account. There you have 3 email addresses stored in your customer account, one of the 3 addresses is not yet verified by you.
Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license and the password you chose for this license.
If you are logged in correctly, your license will be displayed at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, your access data is not correct.Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
With a correctly registered license, the cancellation form will work - without a correctly registered and valid license, the form will not work
and cannot be filled out.You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, personal data can and may not be questioned or answered in this forum according to the Data protection GDPR. You have unfortunately replied with a "no-reply" email. This is a notification email that is only used to inform you of a new comment in your post.
