    Hello Johan,

    You are writing here in the community, a publicly accessible forum.
    Customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from their customer account under "Support".

    Questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account.
    It is important to log in to your customer account with your access data (e-mail and password) with which you previously purchased the license. Your license will then be displayed at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans.

    Here you can deactivate the renewal of the license, i.e. cancel the subscription.

    I see you didn't read my message.
    I tried to contact you but this did not work. Your FAQ says I have to push the contact button.. the button that redirects me back to the homepage.

    You are writing here in a public forum, we have no contact with your customer account.
    It is not possible to write e-mails here in the forum. Only posts that can be read by everyone can be inserted here. Where and to whom did you write the e-mail that allegedly was not answered.
    Likewise, we cannot refund any amounts here in the public forum. We have no documents about your ordered version, nor do we have your bank details. We can only post articles here in this forum.

    You have  2  e-mail addresses in your customer account, one of which has not yet been verified by you. You should be able to contact the support team using the correct e-mail address with which you ordered the license.

    We can't tell which contact link you used.
