Questions about the license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the license and cancel it afterwards.
Check your customer accounts, this is important if you have several email addresses stored. Did you follow these instructions?With the new charge, you should have the data to contact the support, there are your contract documents. Thank you for your understanding.
Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from their customer account under "Support".
