    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the license.
    It is important how you're logged in to your Avira customer account, i.e. the email address of the order and the password you chose for it.
    You will then find your activated license in your customer account at
    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans

    If it is not displayed there, your access data is not correct. Unfortunately, we do not know your access data.

    You are writing in a public forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your customer account. Only the owner of the license can request a refund in his customer account, we have no authorization to do so here.
