Avira stops at 19% in smart scan

My Avira stops at 19% every time I start a SMART SCAN
If I start a full scan, it works ok.
I use windows 10 on a laptop
I have tried the repair program an I have reinstalled Avira several times, and it didn't help. A mont ago it worked fine, but after an update about 4 weeks ago, the problem started. Anybody got a solution?

Unfortunately, you have not told us which Avira product you have installed, nor have you given a version number with the current version data.
Did you follow these instructions, i.e. with the described clean-up?

I am using Avira free security version 1.1.69.29981
Yes I followed the procedure and I did it several times. It is not the first time, I have reinstalled this program. I have used it for several years, until now whitout any problems

Jeg har samme problem, efter 19% stopper programmet. Har afinstalleret, men lige opdaget at alle tidligere downloadede versioner af Avira stadig findes på min bærbare med Windows 11 (opdaget i Stifinder). Og jeg har fulgt afinsstallings proceduren, så det må være et grundlæggende problem for Avira.
Kan jeg bare slette de efterladte Avira installationsprogrammer med Stifinder, eller vil det bare forøge problemerne?
