    In your 1st request, you want to know how to cancel the Avira test product you ordered, find the company you ordered a test version from. It is pointed out in the test order that without cancellation the order will continue to be delivered as a paid subscription, and you have given your bank details for this purpose!

    In response to your second question, you were also told how to find your order and how to log in to your customer account to see your payments and cancel the subscription.

    You are posting here in a public forum, we do not have access to your account.
    Check your e-mail addresses and log in correctly with your access data (e-mail address and the password you chose for this license) in your customer account with which you previously ordered the subscription. There you can cancel the subscription you have ordered.
