    If you have purchased a subscription from Avira, please contact the support team.
    Premium customers with an active license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from their customer account under "Support".
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
