subscription renewal

I need to renewal my subscription but in my page account i can't see my subscription.
They say that I never had an Avira account but I received today a mail that notify me that my subscription is about to finish (11/08/2022)...
So how can I renew if in my account page I have no active subripions?

We have already described how to log in correctly, especially if you have several email addresses (2 email addresses of yours, check whether both have been verified by you) in your customer account. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. Only you can know with which access data you have ordered your license and now - if the automatic renewal has not been deactivated by you - a renewal is initiated.

Then it would be advisable to look at your customer account at Avira to check the email addresses stored there and log in with the email address used for the order. You have several email addresses stored in your customer account.
Please make sure that you log in at:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
with the access data (e-mail address and your chosen password) with which you previously purchased Avira.
Your license will then be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and you can contact support directly from there:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
If it is not displayed, your access data is not correct. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
