    Hello Ryan,

    Your annoyance is understandable. "...got the phantom vpn straight from windows store and paid through paypal to go pro..."   You are writing here in the AVIRA Forum. We do not have access to your Phantom VPN, which you purchased from WINDOWS Store. Windows store is responsible for questions, Avira does not have a Windows Store or a customer service for Windows.
    Avira has an Avira Online Shop! Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. Avira cannot access Windows Store accounts.
    You're writing:"...my account to take me to the avira web page where it says i dont have no subscriptions..."

    Premium customers with correct registration at Avira can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "Support", by email, chat and telephone.

    Thanks for the reply,

    I downloaded the Avira phantom app from the windows store on pc, made the account and when I click my account it sends me here? So surly this is the right place to try and contact someone for this?

    It sounds like you've been hosed.

    I would think your recourse lays with the windows store rather than here.

    Did you add the shipping address to PayPal during the checkout process? See:

    We have already explained that a purchased license is only displayed in the seller's customer account or can be objected to there. Avira does not have access to Windows customer accounts.
