    The question and the choice of the corresponding area are important for the search. Entering a word has no effect on the search.
    Please describe to us exactly what you searched for and how you searched for it and found nothing.

    Hello Pascha45,

    thank you for the reply and suggestions.  Since you wrote "We" and since you watched to my support tickets, I suppose you are not a common user but an Avira's member. That's great! Maybe useful to see it in your  profile icon.

    Today I have just tried to use again the search bar (by entering single word too, in the same way and place as yesterday) and I have diversely got consistent results. Something has changed and solved the issue.

    Honestly, I was searching help in the community topics because I am disappointed of the answers from the support :-(

    Hello Pascha45,

    here I am again because today seems to be another negative day for using the search tool. 

    I used the English version of the community. I entered in the search box this strings in two different pages. In the community main page I get many results (more than one page) but NOT the one I know is there.

    In the specific topic, I get no result at all, even if the title of the wanted topic is few raws below. 

    The topic/post I was searching is titled What Happened to the LOG files folder? located in the Security for Windows section. I don't know what is happening but this tool behaviour doesn't help the community user. Have you any comment or suggestion?

    My little experience in this community is not happy. Answers by Avira People are often pre-packed. As far I see, topics are too much easily closed without a real solution. As in this case, after that kind of closure nobody reads to further reply messages. No user could help in this issue because it is related to the AVIRA community web site. In this way everything risks to be forgotten.
