Avira will not uninstall

How can I remove Avira? I cant do it from the uninstall. It will not uninstall. I cant even delete the folder as it needs admin rights. I own the PC. Any ideas how I can get this off my computer?

  Whether you own the Pc, that is not the question here. It is about administrator rights.
  With the search engine of your choice, you can find descriptions about "administrator rights" for your BS.
  The correct administrator settings for BS are important.
