Bonsoir, j'ai demandé une annulation et un remboursement correspondant deux jours suivant le debit, qui a été confirmé par le numero de réference 3xxxxxxx1, cependant je n'ai toujours rien et de plus le support est injoignable, ne repond pas a mes nombreux messages, ce qui m'etonne d'une marque comme Avira..
