I cant install the free version ( i'me to poor for an actual version)

So I have previously installed Avira and uninstalled it sometime later but then realized that it really works the best for me. But now that i want to reinstall it the installation fails and pops up an error message because of some file in a Avira folder 

Path:(c:) > Program Files (x86) > Avira 

I cant open the Avira file and i cant delete it. I have tried everything i can think of 

What do?
