Why don't I have an active suscription?

I purchased a subscription on November 23, 2019. I'm setting up my new PC and now I don't have an active subscription. Someone care to tell me what I payed for?

Also, this is the only way to contact support without an active subscription. Ridiculous!

  Well, this sounds that you're not using the credentials of your Avira account in which your initial purchase was made. So please take a look here:
