Dear Avira  consult dept.

I have purchased Avira (0CT. 21, 2020) but somehow I cannot access my account at the moment and install in my PC.

  Please tell us what operating system you have installed.
  Which version of Avira did you buy?
  Did you buy it in the Avira Online Shop?

  Please log in to your Avira customer account at https://my.avira.com 

  Important: using the email address you used when you bought the license!
  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans here your license should be displayed

  There you can start this process by clicking on INSTALL, see:
