Scan not starting

Hi everyone,

my full scan is not starting. I get a pop up that the issue had been reported to avira. I am able to launch a fast scan but unable to launch a customized scan.

Can anyone help?

  Have you already tried a new installation?

  Here you can find the instructions for uninstalling:

  Then reboot and reinstall the software:
