    You are writing here in a publicly accessible forum, unfortunately we do not have access to your customer account.
    It is urgently necessary that you log in with the access data (email address and the password you have chosen for this purpose) with which you previously purchased the subscription. 
    Questions about the license or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with GDPR.
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from their customer account under "Support".
    If the purchased subscription is not displayed under "Subscriptions", the access data is incorrect.
