canceled and requested a refund

The subscription was automatically renewed, and on the same day I canceled and requested a refund. This was on April 24, and until now, the amount has not been answered or refunded to my account registered with you.

I’m having similar problems I want to cancel my subscription but can’t find out how to do so I’m not over pleased with there customer service

If you canceled and requested reimbursement on the same day, you should have copies of the appropriate documents.

If you ordered your subscription via PayPal, did you include the shipping address in the PayPal order process?
How can I change my delivery email address when purchasing via PayPal? – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | AviraPlease check your email address that you used to order the license, then your purchased license will be displayed in your Avira customer account, and you can view it. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated in your customer account under this email address.
Premium customers with a valid license and correct login can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT", by email, by chat with correct login and (partially) by email.
