Subscription cancelled 2 years ago, new payment just taken without permission!
AbgeschlossenI cancelled my Avira subscription over 2 years ago, today I got notification Avira has taken a £29.99 payment without my permission and my account screen STILL shows no subscription!
Chat bot is useless, how do I get my money back?

Please check your documents for ordering the license. You have 2 email accounts stored in your customer account at Avira.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.Here you will find a description of orders and the setting for termination for automatic license renewal.
