Rinnovo automatico abbonamento
Abgeschlossenin data 22/11/2023 mi sono state addebitate su Paypal, causale "AVIRA 3531", Euro 34,93 e ho pensato che riguardassero un abbonamento da me sottoscritto un anno fa e quindi non gli ho dato peso. Senonché sono entrato nella mia area personale per disattivare il rinnovo automatico e con sorpresa mi accorgo e non c'è traccia di abbonamenti. vorrei una spiegazione plausibile altrimenti pretendo il rimborso del suddetto importo indebitamente acquisito. Diversamente mi rivolgerò alla associazione dei consumatori per risolvere il problema . Grazie. Pasquale Faraldo

It is important to use the correct e-mail address, especially if 2 e-mail addresses are stored in the Avira customer account. Only then can the purchased licence be displayed correctly in the Avira customer account. Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

on 22/11/2023 I was charged Euro 34.93 on Paypal, reason "AVIRA 3531", and I thought they related to a subscription I signed up for a year ago and therefore I didn't give it any weight. Except that I entered my personal area to deactivate automatic renewal and to my surprise I noticed there was no sign of subscriptions. I would like a plausible explanation otherwise I demand a refund of the aforementioned amount unduly acquired. Otherwise I will contact the consumer association to resolve the problem. Thank you.
