Payment
I have been charged twice for subscription and yet, when I log on there are no subscriptions. I am therefore unable to cancel, but the payment has come off my credit card. It is listed as:
AVR*AVIRA AVIRA.COM DE
How do I stop these payments from taking place?

Your information is not understandable to us.
When did you purchase which licence? When did you install this licence ?
Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the licence. The purchased licence will then be displayed in your Avira customer account, and you can deactivate the automatic licence renewal.Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

Once you have registered correctly, you can set up automatic licence renewal in your customer account as you wish.
At the bottom of this page, you will find instructions on how to cancel your licence:

Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." No connection can be established without correct login.
Correct registration is a prerequisite for contacting Avira Support and for your purchased licence. You can then view your subscription and make your settings as required.
