Automatic subscription renewal is only available if you bought your Avira product from our online shop.
Note
If you purchased your Avira product from a retailer, you cannot benefit from automatic subscription renewal because Avira does not have your required payment information.
Disable or enable Automatic Subscription Renewal
1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the top-right corner, click the profile icon and then click Subscriptions.
3. Click Show Renewal Settings.
4. Click Cancel Subscription Renewal.
5. Confirm the cancellation.
To enable automatic subscription renewal, click Subscriptions → Activate Subscription Renewal.
