    It is necessary that you use the E-Mailaddress that was used to create the account which was affected by the auto renewal.

    Are you still interested in finding a solution?

    Hello, I tried a trial of Avira Prime and cancelled the order after a month but the money has been taken yesterday. My reference is xxxxxxxxxxx.I am unable to request a refund through support because it says I am not a license holder. There is no email or phone number to contact. How do I request a refund? I repeat, I cannot do it through Avira support because it does not allow me to get in without license although the money has been taken. It was taken only yesterday so within the 14 day period.

    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the license.

    If you have logged into your Avira customer account with several email addresses, please make sure that you log in with the email address with which you purchased the license. The license is linked to this address, here it is activated. If PayPal was used for payment, then the delivery address should be inserted, otherwise it will be changed by PayPal.

    With the correct email address registered, contact will be made to your account with the deposited license so that the reclaim can be initiated by you.
