I paid for avira prime using a different google account.
Can you consolidate the two accounts and just let me use one?

Please be so kind and send your request directly to the Avira support team. There you will find your Avira customer account with your personal data and your request can be processed directly. This is an user2user board, here we haven't access to your data.
- Under https://my.avira.com → left side → "Support"
- Under https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us scroll down ⇾ “Contact Avira”

If only it was that easy. I paid by Paypal so different email to my free account.
I did not activate straight away, and now I need help to fix. Going round in many circles.

Your problem has to do with the probably not inserted delivery address during the PayPal order process. Had you inserted it? See
With the address at Maria Eliza this has nothing to do with an error in the order process at PayPal.

Thank you for your prompt response.
However, I paid for the subscription last December and I have no access to it. The licence number does not work in the existing free account which is the only one I am able to access.
I do need more personal assistance please, as I have worked through all the Help options.
I am in Australia, so can you tell me how I can phone for help.

First the important question, is the license displayed in your customer account? Which Avira version?
Please log in under https://my.avira.com with the email address you used to place the order.The license will be activated on the customer account with the email address used during the purchase.
If you don't find any subscriptions in your customer account, it probably means that you are not logged in with the email address you used for the invoice.
In your account at Avira there are 2 email addresses of you.
If you log in with the correct email address - the one used during the purchase - your license will be displayed in your customer account left side under Subscription. By clicking on “Install”, this will be executed with activation.Customers with a valid license can contact the Avira support team directly:
- under https://my.avira.com from the customer account left side under SUPPORT
- under https://support.avira.com/hc/de scroll down "Contact Avira"
With the Cleverbridge number you can get help from Cleverbridge, the financial partner of Avira. There you can ask for your information about the payment process and the email address used for the purchase.
The refund for any Avira consumer product is carried out by our billing partner cleverbridge. Make sure to have the cleverbridge order/reference number at hand when contacting cleverbridge Customer Support.
