    It would be nice if you could give us some more detailed information, without information we can't give you instructions to fix the problem.

    • Which Avira version?
    • Where did you buy the license? Avira Online-Shop ?
    • Did you follow the instructions below?

    At  https://my.avira.com in your customer account under subscription
    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans   your activated license is displayed.
    If you purchased the license in the Avira Online Shop, it will be activated when you purchase the license. Important: Please log in to your customer account with this e-mail address.

    Did you add your iPhone to the devices that will be activated with this license?

    You have replied with a "no-reply" e-mail. This is a notification e-mail that is only used to inform you about a new comment in your post. It was also pointed out:

    Which Avira version - MAC is not an Avira version.
    Where purchased, in the Avira Online Shop - ONLINE from the dealer or ONLINE from Apple?

    The questions about your Avira customer account are not answered.
    Is your license stored in an account - Windows or iOS?

    If you have not received a confirmation email from Avira, check that you have entered the correct email address in your Avira customer account. This must be identical with the one you used when placing your order.
    Your license is immediately connected to the email address when you purchase in the Avira online shop. The license is activated directly in your customer account, from where you can install it  (Windows or Apple please note!)

    In order to find the error, precise information is important.
