    Hello Michal,

    Please check in your customer account under  https://my.avira.com  whether the license is deposited under ABOS : https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 


    The license is activated immediately upon purchase to the e-mail address with which the licence was purchased. This email must be used to log into the Avira customer account.
    It is extremely important to find the right email address if several email addresses are stored in the Avira customer account.

    Did you purchase the Avira license in the Avira Online Shop?

    Dear friends,

    in the Avira account is no licence, but I paid it and is in my iPhone ID us paid licence. So how can I solve it?

    Probably you have overlooked - you have already asked on 23.10. under this link and got an answer.

    The same question again, from there your questions about the licence can be answered.

    If you purchased this license in the Avira Online Shop, it is immediately connected to the account, to the email address with which the license was purchased and is therefore immediately activated. This does not apply here

    If you purchased the license from Apple, your license should be stored in your Apple customer account and linked to your Apple ID - will be visible in your account.

    We are a publicly accessible forum, personal data may and can not be questioned here, Privacy GDPR. Please check your invoice, there you will find all data - the e-mail account for your order.

    Avira does not have access to Apple accounts.
    Apple will certainly provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the installation.
