i paid 49,95 for avira-prime and two hours later SOMEONE (not avira) credited my creditcard for 99,95
my creditcard company needs proof of this story or at least some written action from me AND avira.
Avira is not to be contacted: any comment from avira is too much to ask for from this security company. I see in my creditcard-account 2 amounts,(49,95 and 99,95) but my avira-account shows only my prime account.(49,95)
WHO TOOK the 99,95 ??

Please log in to your customer account https://my.avira.com/de/auth/login with the e-mail address that was used to order the licence.
This is especially important if several addresses are stored in the Avira customer account. Did you pay with PayPal?You will find information below, maybe you will find a solution:

I am glad that there now is a reaction by Avira!
I didn't pay with paypal, i used a creditcard. In the creditcard summary I see two instances of payments to Avira. One of 49,95, that was intended by me for Avira-prime, the second one of 99.95 was not ordered by me, That's the payment which I dispute: Did I at any time buy a licence of 99,95? and if so why do I not see this in my licences in Avira??
In my original message I assumed that it was NOT Avira that credited my creditcard for 99,95, but I do not understand who else did.
I wish you all a merry Xmas and hope that someone will tell me what has happened.

Hello Peter,
Please check your email addresses in your Avira customer account, this is especially important if you have several email addresses stored there. If no licence is displayed in your customer account, then you are not registered with the correct email address. Then try logging in with the 2nd e-mail address.
