Payment not authorized for order that I did not request

I received the following email (below) but I did not mean to request anything. How do I stop this? If I go to My account, there is nothing under Subscriptions.

Did you receive a reference number?
If you received a reference number, you can use it to inquire with the sender.With a correctly delivered reference number, the license should be stored in your customer account. Make sure you use the correct e-mail address to log in to your customer account. The license is immediately activated under the e-mail address with which this e-mail with the reference number was sent to you.
If you do not have a reference number in your email, it will not be possible to track your license.To help you, please let us know if you received a reference number.

I received an email that my payment is not being authorized, I have been trying to cancel this long before they tried to charge me, but it is impossible the way they have it set up. i do have a reference #

and would like to cancel so they dont keep trying to charge my card. There is no way to contact anyone, because I dont have a license. This was a free download, and I shouldnt be charged for anything. I have removed the program from my computer, I dont even want the free one now, just want you to STOP trying to charge my card.
