    Please stay in the ticket you created, please answer there, you will get further information in your ticket.
    "I deleted my account" If you have followed these instructions, you will have a receipt and this will also clarify your concern.

    I cancelled my subscription too, and the Avira EuroNazis are still taking money from my account.

    You are writing in a post where the order and payment was made through PayPal. Did you add the delivery address during the purchase process so that PayPal does not have to create a new email address? See:

    It is sad that you are engaging in this type fraud. I am very disappointed to learn this the hard way. you've been taking money from my account for the last three year when you know I did cancel your trial service. I am engaging a lawyer. Also, I will contact the AG in state your business is based of to put a stop on this. You guys are thieves
