MASTER PASSWORD
BeantwortetMy master password is not working due to the following error messages:
1) "unknown problem" in the field of old password when a try to change the password
2) "No internet connection" when I try to login from the Password Manager APP

Unfortunately, you have not provided us with any information about your current operating system or the Avira Password manager with the last update of your installed Avira PWM version: Avira Free or Avira Pro?
