Subscription payed avira non activated
AbgeschlossenI have paid subscription to Avira (by PayPal euro 34.95) in May 17 2022 but I never received email or instruction to activate my Avira Security.
Someone can advice me for resolving this problem?

Hello Alberto,
You received a 17-digit ID number for the PayPal payment. Did you enter the delivery address in the PayPal payment process? See:
How can I change my delivery email address when purchasing via PayPal? – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | AviraPlease log in to your customer account with the access data (e-mail address with the password you have chosen) with which you previously purchased the Avira product. Your subscription will then be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions and can be installed from there:
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plansEach subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. Your email has also been sent to this address.
