You can configure the Avira email notifications in your own Avira account.
Please do not send any email to noreply@avira.com with the request to disable the notifications.
Notifications cannot be disabled via email.
Note
In Product Message (IPM) slide-up-messages are only triggered by the Free Antivirus version and cannot be disabled via the Avira account.
Configure the email notifications
1. Log in to your Avira account.
2. Hover your mouse over the triangle icon at the end of your name.
3. Once the menu bar opens, click My Account.
4. Click Notifications and choose which email notifications you want to receive.
5. Click Save changes.
Note
Please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours for your new settings to synchronize with our system.
