How an earth do you cancel?
Ok i'm trying to cancel.
I login to my account
I go to support
I click the button which says
BUY, RENEW & REFUND
Contact us to place an order, renew your subscription, or cancel your contract and request a refund
It briefly brings up a page which displays various options but before i can do anything, it redirects me back to this page

Anyone else having this problem? There is no UK email address. plus the email i got telling me i had renewed (even though i cancelled) doesn't have a valid address.
It says i can cancel within 14 days, but there seems no way to actually do this.

yes its a awful mess with avira i get an automatic renewal which i was able to cancel , than an billing on my bankaccount which i got returned and now i want to cancel my contract ( within 60 days ) and get a lousy chat robot that not answers the question before that i had an customer service engineer which send me a lot of e mails but did also a lousy job

The digital assistant Mark drew your attention to this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A satisfactory answer is only possible with a correct login, this was pointed out!
