Security Pro for Android_planned scan not work!
CompletedI installed the app from the playstore on my phone with Android12 and I have paid for the Avira subscription in the app.
I activated the scan scheduler on the app every day at the same time but it doesn't work automatically as I don't see the activity report on the logs.
Has the same thing happened to anyone?

Yes it's true, I've contacted Avira support, I've created a ticket, but unfortunately nobody answers and it's very nerve-wracking. I think I'll switch to another provider if this is the service I pay for. The request for help in the community was to get feedback from someone who had experienced the same problem as me.Thanks again for your contact.

is it now solved? I'm not sure to buy this software. I have the same problem with the "free" version.
