    Questions about the license or the payment process can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR. Your documents and your order are stored there.

    We have noticed that you have already contacted the support team several times and that you have already created a ticket there. All documents are stored there, your order and those related to your order. Therefore, it makes sense to continue contacting the support team, also to avoid duplicate processing.     what info you need?, i open a refund whit ID #1121112 and nobody respond, cero answer, i ask for a refund 5 days later then they take a diferent credit card then what i give, this is not legal becouse i not give to them the credit card number and also the security code, from where they take it?, i feel inmense vulnerativity to the point i will close credit cards and eliminated becouse anybodu can stole my money, i use a empty mach credit card whit a diferent number and diferent security code, my request is simple, i want a refund, and i open the request, im totally disapointed, i have a lot of problems whit the antivirus becouse my computer is small, im not rich to expend on antivirus, i prefered format the system.
