    You had already contacted the support team about your VPN problem and received a reply from them with a request for a precise description and also questions to clarify your issue. Unfortunately, the Support-Team have not received a reply and the same questions apply to your new request.

    Since you have already been in contact with the support, we recommend that you answer the questions to clarify your issue, provide precise information and continue to contact the support team in your self-created ticket.
